INGREDIENTS:
➡️ Flaxseeds
➡️ Dates
➡️ Pecans
➡️ Coconut Sugar
➡️ Milk
➡️ Coconut Water
➡️ Dates
➡️ Pecans
➡️ Coconut Sugar
➡️ Milk
➡️ Coconut Water
STEP BY STEP APRICOT SMOOTHIE:
Take fresh Apricots and wash well.  Remove seed and cut into slices. 
In a blender add sliced apricots, dates, coconut sugar, pecan and flaxseeds. 
Add milk and coconut water.  Blend into fine smoothie. 
Healthy Apricot Smoothie is ready to drink.  
TIPS:
Adding nuts absolutely your choice. 
Plain water can be added instead coconut water.
