INGREDIENTS:
Corn - 1 Cup
Oats - 3/4 Cup
Onion - 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
Rice Flour - 5 Tsp
Green Chillies - 2
Ginger - Small piece
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Corn Flour - 1 Tsp
Besan Flour - 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch (Finely Chopped)
Turmeric power - 1 Pinch
Salt - For taste
Oil - For deep frying
HOW TO MAKE:
* Blend the Corn, Oats, Green Chillies, Cumin seeds and ginger in a mixer into a coarse paste.
* Transfer in a bowl add the chopped oninons, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric power, rice flour, besan flour, corn flour and salt and mix it well.
* Heat oil in a kadai and fry them in small batches until golden brown.
* Drain on paper towels and serve with mint chutney.
