KALE SALAD | POWER BOWL KALE SALAD


Kale is everywhere these days and it is super nutritious . I just love these green and colorful food, started loving salads and this one is super delicious and  amazing 😋😋 This Salad has plenty of vegetables and a cup of kale gives more than twice the amount of Vitamin A we need in one day. I would say this is a Power Bowl Kale Salad ☺️😄



INGREDIENTS:

Kale                     - 2 Cups 
Cherry tomatoes  - 1 Cup Cut into half
Capsicum            - 1/2  Cup Chop finely
Carrot                  - 1 Cup cut thinly
Corn                    - 1/2 Cup
Onion                  - 1 Cup Chop finely
Roasted peanuts  - 1/2 Cup
Nuts                    - 1/2 Cup
Lemon juice       - as required
Olive oil             - 2 tsp
Flaxseed powder- 2 tsp
Salt                     - as required

HOW TO MAKE:

Wash the kale and remove the leaves from the stem.  Chop finely or mince it by food processor.  In a bowl add minced kale and other vegetables & nuts.  Add flaxseed powder.  



Add lemon juice, needed salt & olive oil.  


Mix well. Adjust salt & lemon juice as required.


TIPS:

Adding vegetables are absolutely depends on individual interest. 

Avoid nuts if any nuts allergies.

Store bought salad dressings can be added too, but check salt because the dressings will have salt as well.
