Strawberry Chia Juice | Strawberry Chia Seeds Drink | How to make Refreshing Strawberry Chia Drink



Very refreshing Strawberry Chia drink to start our beautiful day.  I have decided to make strawberry smoothie but it turned up as a vegan drink as I did not add milk.  It was super delicious and healthy coz of Chia Seeds.  Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, more fiber and it may help to lose weight.  There are so many health benefits and to know more in detail please click below link.

Since there is no milk added, it is super light and looks so colorful.  Chia Seeds gives more lively look and it definitely tempt to drink more 😋

STEP BY STEP:

INGREDIDENTS:

Strawberry           - 5 - 6
Chia Seeds          - 1 tsp
Raw Can Sugar    - 1 tsp (Optional)
Lemon Juice        - 1 tsp
Water                   - 3 Cups
Salt                      - a pinch

HOW TO MAKE:

Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water for 20 to 30 minutes.  You can see the seeds puffed up.  Keep aside. 


Wash strawberries, remove the leaves and cut into pieces. 


In a blender, add strawberries, raw cane sugar, lemon juice and pinch of salt along with 3 cups of water or as required.  



Blend for 2 minutes until fine juice.  



In a serving glass add soaked chia seeds along with soaked water and ground strawberry juice.  Mix well and enjoy the refreshing drink to start beautiful day!

TIPS:

Adding sugar is absolutely your choice and it can be avoided.  White sugar or any sugar you use can be added instead raw cane sugar.  

Mint leaves can be added for aromatic flavor.
