INGREDIENTS:
FOR DOUGH
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Curd - 2 Tsp
Salt - For taste
Water - For mixing
FOR STUFFING
Potato - 2
Paneer - 100 Gms
Chilli powder- 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic - 1 Tsp (Paste)
Salt - For taste
FOR RAITHA
Curd - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Red Capcicum- 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
Salt - For taste
Coriander Leaves - For garnishing
HOW TO MAKE
- Boil the potatoes and allow it to cool and mash it and keep it aside.
- Mash the paneer and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste and stir untill the aroma comes.
- Add mashed potatoes, paneer, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.
- Stir wll until it turns like dough and allow it to cool.
- Make the stuff into small balls and keep it aside.
- Mix wheat flour, curd, water, salt in a bowl and make a dough and make into small balls.
- Take one ball and make it like chappathi using the rolling pin.
- Keep one ball of potato paneer stuff on it and cover all the edges.
- Roll it again using the rolling pin and do not press it hard.
- Make all the parathas in the same way.
- Heat a pan (Thava) and pour little ghee or oil and place one paratha.
- When one part is cooked and turns little brown turn over it and cook the other part too like that.
- Serve hot with Raitha.
- Take a bowl, add curd, chopped onions, chopped capcicum, salt, chilli and coriander powder and mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
