STEP BY STEP CUCUMBER DOSA 

INGREDIENTS:

Minced Cucumber - 1 cup
Dosa batter          - 2 Cups
Green Chilli          - 2 - 3 as required
Salt                     - to taste
Water                  - if required

HOW TO MAKE:

Wash and mince cucumber for a cup.  Take Dosa batter, add water if required. 



Add minced cucumber, green chilli and salt to taste.  Mix well and bring to dosa batter consistency. 


Grease dosa tava and pour batter in the center and spread into thin circle.  Drizzle oil around and cook both sides until crispy. 

Crispy cucumber dosa is ready to serve.  Serve hot with Chutney or Sambar of your choice. 


TIPS:

Cucumber can be ground along with soaked rice.  

I preferred some chunky minced cucumber in the batter hence I did added them in the batter. 

Ginger can be added for more flavor.
