STEP BY STEP CHILI CHEESE PARATHA:
INGREDIENTS:
FOR DOUGH:
Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
FOR STUFFING:
Grated Cheese - 2 Cups
Onion - 1 cup chopped
Green Chilies - 1 tbsp chopped
Grated Ginger - 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
In a bowl take wheat flour along with needed salt. Combine well and make it crumbs. Add oil and mix well. Add water little by little and make a fine non sticky dough. Cover with wet cloth and keep aside.
In a bowl take all the ingredients under "For Stuffing" and combine gently.
Take medium sized ball dough and roll into thick disk. Keep needed stuffing in the middle.
Bring all the edges together and remove excess dough. Dust flour and make parathas neither too thick nor too thin.
Grease ghee in the tawa and place the paratha. Cook both sides until brown spots appears.
Chili Cheese Paratha is ready 😋!! Serve with curd and any pickle or any curry of your choice.
