Already summer is here so hydrating ourselves is the most important. Juices are the best because they are freshly made. I made papaya juice with palm crystal sugar instead of regular white sugar. I wanted a little sweet taste in my juice so I added palm crystals, but the sweetener can be skipped.

STEP BY STEP PAPAYA JUICE
INGREDIENTS:
Papaya - 2 cups
Palm Crystal sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 4 cups / as required
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
HOW TO MAKE:
Peel papaya, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Add in the mixer jar.
Add lemon juice, palm crystal sugar, lemon juice along with needed water.
Blend well. Serve chilled.
TIPS:
I have added palm crystal sugar to avoid white sugar. Coconut sugar or jaggery or brown sugar can be added or can be skipped fully.
