Lotus Biscoff Dessert Cup is one of the easiest dessert recipe which can be done in a giffy.  Super easy dessert made of Lotus Biscuits but it can be made with any biscuits of your choice.  Do try this easy dessert cup and enjoy with your family and friends.

STEP BY STEP LOTUS BISCOFF DESSERT CUP:

INGREDIENTS:

Lotus Biscuits / Any biscuits - as required
Custard powder                  - 2 tsp
Milk                                   - 2 1/4 cups 
Honey                                - 2 tbsp / as required 
Whipping cream                  - as required 

HOW TO MAKE:

Break biscuits into pieces and make a fine powder.  Keep the crumbs aside. 

 

In a bowl take 2 tsp of custard powder and make a slurry by adding 1/4 cup of milk.  Combine well without any lumps. In a pan add 2 cups of milk and bring it to boil.

When the milk is boiling keep flame in medium and add custard mixture. Add needed honey and stir continuously until the mixture thickens. 

 

Take desired cups and start layering with biscuit crumbs, custard mix and biscuit crumbs as shown below or on your choice. 


On the top of the layers add whipping cream of your choice and sprinkle some biscuit crumbs for garnishing.

TIPS:

Any biscuits of your choice can be added. 

Vannila essence or any fruit essence can be added in custard for more flavor. 

Nuts can be used for garnishing to give more rich look and taste. 

Add whipping cream before serving.
