VEGETABLE WHEAT BRIYANI




Ingredients:
Samba Broken Wheat – ¼ Kg
Mixed vegetables – 1 Cup (Carrot, Beans, Potato, Green Peas)
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ Tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tbsp
Cloves – 2 Elachi, Pattai -2
Onion – 2 Finely Sliced
Tomato – 2 Finely Sliced
Curd – 3 tbsp
Oil – For fry
Salt – For taste
Coriander Leaves

How to Make:
Take two spoons of oil in a pressure cooker and fry cloves, elachi, pattai, onion and fry till it turn in brown and then add ginger garlic paste.
Add cloves, green chilli, tomato and sauté them for a minute to till they get brown in color. 
Add garam masala and salt and stir.
Add all the chopped vegetables and fry it for 3 minutes. 
Add curd and make it fine by putting in a blender for just 2 rotations.
Finally add samba broken wheat and mix well with the mixed masala vegetables and water and mix it well. (For one cup wheat add two cups of water)
Close the lid and allow for two whistles after that turn the gas into sim and cook for 5 mins.
Take out the Vegetable Wheat Briyani and garnish with green coriander leaves.
Serve the biryani with Raitha.
