PRAWN KUZHAMBU




INGREDIENTS:

Prawn                       - 250 Gms
Onion                       - 2 Finely Chopped
Tomato                    - 1 Finely Chopped
Tamarind Juice        - 1/4 Cup
Turmeric Powder     - 1 Pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste  - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder           - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder    - 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves      -  1 to 2 strings (Finely chopped)
Oil                            - 3 Tsp
Salt                           - For taste

HOW TO MAKE:

*  Clean the prawns and keep it aside.
*  Heat oil in kadai add onion and ginger garlic paste and allow it till it get golden brown.
*  Add tomato, turmeric power, chilli powder & coriander powder , fry it till the oil splits.
*  Add Salt
*  Add tamarind juice and still well till they blend nicely and cover the kadai with lid
*  Do not open the lid for 10 to 15 mins
*  Add the cleaned prawns and allow it to boil for 5 mins
*  Garnish with coriander leaves

Era (Prawn) Kuzhambu is ready.
