RAVA LADDU / URUNDAI





INGREDIENTS:

Rava / Sooji                    - 1 Cup
Sugar                              - 3/4 Cup
Ghee                               - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom powder         - a Pinch
Cashews                         - 10 to 12

HOW TO MAKE:

Heat a pan add rava and roast the same until a nice aroma comes.  Allo it to cook for sometime.  In a mixie grind and make a fine powder keep aside.


Make fine powder the sugar as well.


Break the cashews and fry in a tsp of ghee and keep aside.



In a bowl add rava and sugar powder, cardamom powder and fried cashews.  Mix well.



Heat ghee in a pan and put it on the mixture.  Make a small balls immediately and press hard to shape it well as shown in the picture.




Rava laddus are ready :-)
