THENGAIPAL CHICKEN



INGREDIENTS:

Chicken                                - ¼ kg (Boneless)
Oninon                                 - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Tomato                                 - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste              - 1 Tsp
Fennel                                  - ¼ Tsp
Garam Masala                     - ½ Tsp
Turmeric powder                – 1 pinch
Coconut Milk                      - ½ Cup
Salt                                      – for taste
Oil                                       - ½ Tsp

HOW TO MAKE:


* Heat the oil in a pan and put fennel and fry

* Add onion and fry till it turn into brown and add ginger garlic paste

* Add tomato and leave it for 2 to 3 mins and it will become like gravy then add garam masala  powder & turmeric powder and mix it well for 2 mins.

* Pour some water and add the chicken pieces and close the lid. It will take 10 to 15 mins to get cooked.

* Once the chicken get cooked add the coconut milk and leave it for 5 mins. It will turn into gravy
