TADKA IDLY / SEASONING IDLI / THALIPPU IDLI / MASALA IDLI

Same Idly, sambar and chutneys are boring and if we make different kinds off idlies will be easy to feed the kids. Kids will also love it.  After our long vacation first work I did was grinding the batter. To have batter at home, always will ease our work and something or other we can finish our breakfast or dinner easily.  Last night I made idlies and more than 6 got left over.  I used to prepare Idly Upma or fried idly which my kids love it and this time I want to make a simple recipe and also I want to post it.  My mom used to make this thalippu idli and I just love it.  It was long time that I wanted to post this recipe and today I got a chance to do it!  It is very very easy to make in the morning for breakfast and ofcourse it suits for perfect lunch box for the kids.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
