Avocado Smoothie is one of my favorite breakfast drink. I was not a very big fan of smoothies until I tried making this one. I do not prefer too much sugar in my smoothie as well ice 😁. I have been drinking this Avocado smoothie for a year now without trying to change the flavor or adding any other fruit in it 😝. This smoothie is very healthy, for we are not going to add any sugar or regular milk; however, you can add milk and sugar if you choose. But try this as it is and trust me you will definitely love the taste without adding any other ingredients 😊.

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium than bananas.  It has an excellent source of antioxidants that may slow aging and prevent certain cancers and heart disease. They are very high in folate which also helps protect the heart and may guard against stroke.  Avocado has good fat - this makes you feel full and also prevents you from consuming junk in between meals. Try to make and drink this smoothie often to utilize it's marvelous health benefits.

STEP BY STEP AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

Avocado            - 1 
Protein powder - as required
Honey                 - 2 tsp
Almond milk     - 2 Cups / Any milk (I used unsweetened)

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut Avocado in the middle and twist to open.


Remove the seed by using knife or spoon.  Scoop the Avocado with the spoon and put in the mixie / blender.


Add protein powder & almond milk.  I used Vega Organic Protein Powder & Almond Unsweetened milk.  Any milk can be added and it is absolutely your choice.


Add protein powder and 2 cups of almond milk or as needed.


Make a fine smoothie. Serve Chilled.



Serve Chilled.


TIPS:

Any milk can be added.

Adjust consistency by adding milk or water as required.

Ice can be added to make it thick smoothie.

Sugar can be added instead honey but avoiding sugar is good as Avocado is naturally sweetened.

Any protein powder can be added.
