APPLE SMOOTHIE | HEALTHY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE RECIPES



This Apple Smoothie is an excellent healthy breakfast or a snack.  It is made of fresh apple, almonds, chia seeds and protein powder.  It is sugar free smoothie as there is no white sugar.  For sweet taste I have added honey which is fine instead sugar but this step can be avoided as well.  Enjoy making smoothie for breakfast and start a healthy day!

INGREDIENTS:

Peeled Apple        - 1
Almonds               - 10 - 12
Dried Cranberries - 2 tbsp
Chia Seeds            - 1 tbsp
Honey                   - 1 tbsp
Almond milk        - as required
Protein powder     - 1 Scoop (optional)

APPLE SMOOTHIE STEP BY STEP:

In a blender add peeled apple, almonds, dried cranberries, chia seeds & honey.


Add any protein powder of your choice but it is purely optional.


Add unsweetened almond milk.  Regular milk can be added as well.  


Blend & Serve immediately!


TIPS:

Adding other nuts absolutely your choice.

Ice cubes can be added one who like cold smoothie.

Adding protein powder is absolutely your choice.
