INGREDIENTS:
Baby Spinach - 1 Cup
Banana - 1/2
Protein Powder - 1/2 Scoop
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Pitted Dates - 2
Almond Milk - 2 Cups (Unsweetened)
HOW TO MAKE:
Put all the ingredients in the mixie / blender. I used almond unsweetened milk, instead regular milk / soy milk or any choice of milk can be added.
Add milk as required and make fine smoothie.
Spinach Banana Smoothie is ready to serve.
TIPS:
Any milk of your choice can be added.
Flax seeds and other nuts can be added too.
