Chana Dal Sambar | Sengapappu Sambar | Kadalai Paruppu Sambar | Poosanikkai Sambar with Chana Dal

We usually make Sambar by using Toor Dal and here is the different version by using Chana Dal. This Sambar was so yummy and I have made with Ash Gourd / Poosanikkai but other vegetables can be used. This Sambar does not have tamarind instead I have added tomatoes. But lemon juice can be added 😍

If you want to get little more tanginess squeeze some lemon juice.

Do try add other vegetables.
