INGREDIENTS:
Cashews - 250 gms
Channadhal flour - 1/4 Cup
Corn flour - 3 Tsp
Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Curry leaves - for garnishing
Salt - for taste
Oil - for deep frying
HOW TO MAKE:
Take one big bowl add the Cashews, channadhal flour, corn flour, chilli powder and salt.
Mix well without adding water
Once it mixed well just sprinkle little water and mix it well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in batches and deep fry the pakkodas till it get brown in color
Drain it in tissue
Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
Garnish with curry leaves
