ONION PAKKODA



INGREDIENTS:

Onions - 3
Channadhal flour - 5 Tsp
Corn flour            - 2 Tsp
Chilli powder       - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves       - for garnishing
Salt                       - for taste
Oil                        - for deep frying

HOW TO MAKE:

* Peel the onions and slice them into fince pieces

* Take one big bowl a dd the sliced onions, channadhal flour, corn flour, chilli powder and salt

* Mix well without adding water

* Keep it aside for 10 minutes

* Heat oil in a pan and drop the mixture in batches and deep fry the pakkodas till it get brown in color

* Drain it in tissue

* Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.

* Serve hot with coconut chutney.
