MUSHROOM CHEESE PUFFS




INGREDIENTS:

Mushroom           - 1 Cup finely chopped
Carrot                  - 1 Finely chopped
Peas                     - 1/4 Cup
Grated Cheese     - 1 cup
Chilli powder      - 1 Tsp
Garam masala     - 1 Tsp
Pastry sheet         - 6
Oil                       - 1 Tsp
Salt                      - For taste

HOW TO MAKE:

* Heat oil in a pan add Musroom, carrot, peas, chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well and add salt.

* Fry it till it get cooked.

* Allow it to cool and mix the grated cheese with that masala.

* Cut the Pastry sheets strips into 3s to form a square.

* Put 1 Tsp of the stuffing in the center.

* Fold the Pastry Sheet to make a triangle.

* Put the Puffs on a cookie tray lined with foil.

* Place in the pre-heated oven at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes.

* Once took out from the oven, transfer them to a cooling rack and allow them to cool.

* Serve with ketchup.
