UDUPI RASAM PODI / UDUPI RASAM POWDER

Udupi rasam podi (powder) - The name speaks for itself.   Yes it is very popular in Udupi and they are saying it as the king of rasam powders as it is used in many of the udupi recipes.  We went to Udupi restaurant here in Houston and they serve Udupi rasam as a soup.  I didn't expect that this rasam would steal my son's attention and he just enjoyed.  The frequent visit to udupi restaurant turned boredom amidst us and decided to get switched over, but this rasam flavour breaks the shackles and pulls towards the same :-)  Then I decided to prepare this powder and keep it handy and whenever we feel like to have this rasam we can.  Oh man...Come on...It's just awesome. The flavour of the powder makes us to drink this well and of course healthy too.  This is one of the favourite rasams and hope you all like this recipe.  Let the flavour makes you enjoy :-)
