MINT WATERMELONADE



Watermelon juice itself is a refreshing drink for this summer!  Adding lemon & Mint? Woww....it's a healthy and delicious drink on a summer day.  Sweetened naturally with this fruit is a fortunate one and we need not to add any sugar or honey.  Still I add lemon & milt I want to have little more sweet to make my kids to drink this delicious drink.  My kids are greatest fan of lemonade that too honey lemonade is one of their favourite drink.  I bought this drink from store and it was too much sweet! My daughter asked me to make this drink at home and it was awesome, fresh and delicious.  Try this refreshing drink with mint & lemon on this summer.  Keep refreshing :-)  

INGREDIENTS:

Watermelon  - 1 cup - cut into pieces
Mint leaves   - 4 to 5
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Sugar            - 1 tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

In a juicer / mixie / food processor / blender add all the ingredients with a cup of water and grind together.  


Pour it in a serving glass / tumbler and add ice cubes on the top.  Serve chilled :-)


TIPS:

A tsp of honey can be added instead sugar.  

Coriander leaves can be added with mint or instead.

A pinch of salt can be added too to lift up the sweetness.  Usually I do not prefer salt in juices hence I didn't.
