STEP BY STEP MIXED VEGETABLE NOODLES:

INGREDIENTS:

Noodles - 250 gms (I used Vegan Noodles) Onion - 1 Tomato - 1
Green Chilies - 4 - 5 Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 3 tbsp Green peas - 1/2 cup Corn - 1/2 cup Beetroot - 1 medium Cabbage - 1/2 cup Capsicum - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - few Sriracha Sauce - to taste Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup Salt - to taste

HOW TO MAKE:

Add enough water in a big pot and bring to boil.  Add noodles and cook until soft. 


Drain the water and allow to cool down.  Should be non sticky noodles.  Heat olive oil in a kadai add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste along with salt.  Saute and cook onion till translucent. 


Add tomatoes, green chillies, and other vegetables.  Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.  Do not overcook the vegetables. It should be crispy. 


When the veggies are half done add sriracha sauce and soy sauce.  


Mix well and cook for two more minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves.  


Add cooked noodles and mix gently.  


Hakka Vegetable Noodles ready to serve!!




TIPS:

Adding vegetables absolutely your choice.  

Tomato sauce, chili sauce and other sauces can be added on your choice. 

Noodles should be non sticky.
