STEP BY STEP CORIANDER BUTTER MILK:
Cooking time - 5 mins
Yield - 4 Glasses
Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
Curd - 1 cup
Water - 4 cups
Lemon - 1/2 Salt - as required
Asafoetida- 1/4 tsp
HOW TO MAKE:
Put all the ingredients in the blender by adding needed salt.
Blend well.
Enjoy the refreshing drink right away / refrigerate.
TIPS:
Mint and curry leaves can be added.
For more flavor add hing.
