HOW TO MAKE:

Remove all the edges from the bread and cut into pieces.  In a blender / mixie add bread pieces, rava, all purpose flour and curd. grind it and make a fine paste by adding 1/4 cup of water.

In a bowl add the grounded batter, chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander and green shallots.  Add needed salt.  Mix well and make a thick batter which we normally grind for Uttapam.  The consistency should not be watery.

Heat dosa tava and pour a ladle of batter and make a thick circle of it.  Pour a tsp of oil or less oil on the edges.  Let it get cook and gently flip the dosa.  Let the other side also get cooked.

Bread Uttapam is ready.  Serve with any chutney of your choice.

TIPS:

Do not add more water when you grind.

The consistency of the batter should be neither thick or thin.  It supposed to be like Adai batter consistency.
