INGREDIENTS:
Paneer - 1 cup grated
Condensed milk - 3/4 cup sweetened
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Red food color - 2 to 3 drops
HOW TO MAKE:
Grate paneer finely. In a kadai / pan put grated paneer, condensed milk and cardamom powder. Stir slowly.
Blend well and slowly it will form gravy kind off. Pu 2 to 3 drops of red food color. Mix well and slowly it will form a ball like. Turn off the stove.
Allow to cool down. Knead the mixture well and make a smooth dough. Take a small portion of it and roll it round. Do follow the same for the rest of the dough. Keep refrigerated.
TIPS:
Instead grating the paneer you can use the mixie / blender to make a smooth paste by adding the condensed milk together. I felt it will take long time in cooking hence I did grate the paneer.
Garnish with raisins, cashews and with some other nuts too.
Shaping and colors are obsoletely your idea and can make it as you wish.
