Drain the water and transfer to the mixer. Add coriander stem, red chili, ginger, turmeric powder and needed salt. Add required water and make neither fine nor coarse batter. Mix well and add needed water to bring dosa batter consistency. This batter need not to be fermented so dosa can be made right away or keep refrigerated and use whenever needed.
Grease dosa tava pour 2 ladle of batter or required in the center. Spread into thin circle. Drizzle some oil. Cook both sides until crisp and golden.
Quinoa Dosa is ready to serve. Serve with any sambar or chutney of your choice.
TIPS:
Batter can be made little thick for making Quinoa Adai.
Onion, grated coconut, curry leaves, moringa leaves can be added in the batter to make it even more rich and healthy.
Garlic can be added.
Adding fennel seeds gives more flavor.
Adding other dals absolutely your choice.
Add more and make it even more creative and healthy.
I made coriander chutney and saved all the stems so used for making this dosa. Do not throw coriander stems and use for making dosa, chutney and add other recipes of your choice.
