MACARONI CHEESE



INGREDIENTS:

Macaroni            - 2 cups
Butter                 - 2 tsp
Plain flour          - 2 tsp
Milk                   - 11/2 cups
Grated cheese    - 1 cup (I used Parmesan cheese)
Parsley               - 1 tsp
White pepper     - 1 tsp
Salt                    - as needed
Olive oil            - 1/2 tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

Take a deep pan and cook macaroni in a boiling water.  Add 1/2 tsp of olive oil to avoid the macaroni
to stick each other. 




While the macaroni get cooks meanwhile melt the butter in a saucepan in a low flame.  Add the plain four and stir well for a minute and reduce the flame.  Gradually add the milk and stir well until the mixture get smooth and just to the boil stage.  Remove the pan and add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melted and smooth.





Drain pasta and return to the pan.  Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and stir until it get well coated. Add white pepper and parsley and combined well.



Serve hot...


TIPS:

Adding olive oil or cooking oil avoid the pasta stick with together.

Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions, it may vary depends on the different brands.

Oregano also can be added.
