MUSHROOM FRIED RICE


Mushroom fried rice is simple and easy recipe.  It is an Indo Chinese recipe with fried rice and vegetables.  It is very popular among kids and adults as well.  Munchurian is the great combo with this fried rice.  I made it Indian style of fried rice hope you all enjoy this easy recipe :-)


INGREDIENTS:

Cooked rice            - 1 cup (I used basmati)
Mushrooms            - 1 cup
Capsicum               - 1/4 cup
Onion                     - 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soy sauce               - 2 tsp
Salt                         - as needed

To temper:

Olive oil                   - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds            - 1/2 tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

Clean mushrooms,  slice capsicum thinly and keep aside.  Heat oil in a kadai, add cumin seeds and chopped onions.  Fry well until it turn into transparent. Add sliced capsicum and saute them well.


Mix well and add soy sauce and needed salt.  Blend it and cook for 5 mins.


When the mushroom turn its color add cooked rice. Mix and toss well with masala.

Mushroom rice is ready to serve.  Serve hot with any raitha or sauce.
