Cucumber is the ideal cooling summer food. We can have these slices seasoned with a pepper and salt as a crunchy snack. As well cucumber juice is a very healthy and versatile drink. It has a high water content helps to keep our body cool and refreshed. It helps to reduce oiliness and has an amount to Vitamin A & C. Let we have this cucumber juice on a daily or on alternative days to keep our body cool and beat this heat on this summer.
INGREDIENTS:
Cucumber - 5 to 6
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - as needed
HOW TO MAKE:
Just cut the edges of the cucumber and if needed peel the skin. I used the skin too. Place the cucumbers in the juicer and start to make a juice.
In that juice add pepper, salt and lemon juice. Stir well. Adjust the salt taste.
In a glass put 3 to 4 ice cubes then add the juice. Serve chilled.
TIPS:
Drink the cucumber juice even without adding anything. Just added the ingredients for a better taste
