STEP BY STEP COCONUT MACAROONS:

INGREDIENTS:

Desiccated coconut      - 2 cups
Blanched Almond flour - 1/2 cup 
Maple Syrup                - 1/2 cup
Oil                              - 1/4 cup

HOW TO MAKE:

In a blender add all the ingredients and blend into thick and sticky mixture. 


Grease tray with oil and scoop the mixture on the tray and space them evenly apart.  




Preheat oven 350°F.   If you using stove to preheat heavy bottomed pan with lid for 8 - 10 mins low medium heat. 



Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edge and on the top. 


Stove top - Cook for 40 - 45 minutes and until golden brown around the edge and on the top. 



Allow them completely cool down. 


Vegan Coconut Macaroons are ready to serve!!😋😋


TIPS:

Coconut oil can be used.
