STEP BY STEP RAGI MUDDE RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

Ragi flour   - 1 cup
Water        - 2 cups
Salt           - to taste
Ghee         - 3 tbsp 
Asafoetida  - 1/4 tsp 

HOW TO MAKE:

In a pan take water, asafoetida, salt and a tsp of water.  Take a tbsp of ragi flour and mix with 1/4 cup of water. Mix well without lumps and pour in the pan and bring to boil.  




When boiling add a cup of ragi flour and break the lumps.  


Slowly will form a non sticky dough.  When it blend well add two tbsp of ghee and blend again. 



Cover and cook in a medium flame for 2 minutes.  When done and warm to hold make balls in desired size. 


Serve with Sambar or any Dal of your choice 😋😋


TIPS:

Adding asafoetida is absolutely your choice and this can be skipped. 

Grated coconut can be added.
