BREAD PRADHAMAN

Its been a long time that I made sweet after this Diwali.  Suddenly everyone wished to have some sweet and I had no clue what to make :-( The recipe should be tasty, should not take long time and should be easy to make...How many things were running in my mind before I decided to make this!!! Finally I decided to make some sweet with bread and my mind got an excellent idea of making sweet Pradhaman... :-) My friend Dhana is an excellent maker of Ada Pradhaman and still I can feel the taste of it when she brought to office...Yummmmmm....Now no way that I could spend much time to do the same and thought of trying to make sweet with the use of Bread...Yes Bread Pradhaman :-) I have cut the bread into pieces and it was floating in the milk which resembles the sweet of Ada Pradhaman and that was making me to call it as Bread Pradhaman...:-) Cool isn't it.. !!! It was awesome & we had this after dinner as a desert. If your friends and relatives are having an unplanned visit, this is an easy dessert to make.
Let me not take much time to give a big story...Here you go for an excellent and easy recipe :-)

INGREDIENTS:

Bread                       - 6 slices
Milk                         - 2 cups
Consensed milk       - 1/2 tin
Ghee                         - 1 tsp
Cashews  & Raisins - 2 tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut the bread sides and toast it for a min.  Make it into pieces and keep aside.

Boil the milk and add the bread pieces.  Just give a gentle blend and allow the bread pieces to get into the milk.

Cook for 3 to 4 mins and add 1/2 tin of sweet condensed milk.  Mix well.

Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins in golden brown.

Garnish on the Pradhaman and the Yummmmmm Bread Pradhaman is ready to serve...

Serve hot or cold... :-)

TIPS:

Do not add bread without toasted, it will get mushy.

I added condensed milk coz, sugar  will make milk more liquid.

Add sugar instead of condensed milk and add and mix well once the milk boiled.  Add bread once the sugar dissolved in the milk.
