MINI PANCAKES



Easy peasy pan cakes for lunch...Kids will come with empty box am sure :-)  Mini pan cakes is easy to eat for lunch instead making pan cake in tava.  Enjoy packing these mini pancakes and wait to see the empty lunch boxes when the kids return in the evening :-)

INGREDIENTS:

Pancake flour         - 1 cup (I used blueberry flavour)
Water                     - as needed
Maple syrup           - for topping

HOW TO MAKE:

Take a bowl and mix the pancake flour by adding water little by little.  The consistency of the batter should be like idly batter neither thick or thin.


Heat a paniyaram pan (Mini pan cakes pan also available in store)  and drop a little oil in each whole.  Pour a ladle full of flour in each whole and wait till it get brown in color.  Do not allow to burnt.  Turn it immediately and cook the other side too.


Mini pan cakes are ready to pack.  Serve with maple syrup on the top.  When you pack for a lunch pour two to three drops of maple syrup  on the each pan cakes.
