PAV BHAJI




INGREDIENTS:

Cauliflower , Potato
Peas & Carrot           - 2 cups finely chopped
Onion                       - 1 finely chopped
Tomato                     - 1 finely chopped
Pav bhaji masala      - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves      - for garnishing
Butter                      - 3 tsp
Salt                         - as needed
Lemon juice           - 1 tsp

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut all the vegetables and steam it or pressure cook it and allow 1 whistle.  Mash all the veggies and keep aside.


Heat butter in a kadai, add chopped onions and fry until turn into transparent.  Add chopped tomatoes and blend well.  Add mashed vegetables and mix well.  Add pav bhaji masala and needed salt.  Mix well and add 1/2 cup of water.  Blend well and allow to boil.


When the masala get boil add a tsp of butter and allow to melt.  Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with Pav (Bread)


TIPS:

Do not add more water.  The consistency should be like a gravy.
