GUACAMOLE

Guacamole is an avacado based dip that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico.  We are a very big fan of Mexican food :-) The guacamole dip is an excellent one which we all like very much.  Fats account of avacado is around three quarters of the calorie count but this fat is considered to be a a good fat which reduces levels of bad cholesterol in your blood and lowers your risk of stroke and heart disease.
