STEP BY STEP MIXED DAL DOSA:
INGREDIENTS:
Idli Rice - 2 Cups
Toor Dal - 1/4 Cup
Channa Dal - 1/4 Cup
Whole Masoor Dal - 1/4 Cup
Black Urad Dal - 1/4 Cup
Split Green Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup
Red Chilli - 4 - 5
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Oil - as required
HOW TO MAKE:
Soak rice, toor dal, channa dal, whole masoor dal, black urad dal for 5 - 6 hours.
Grind along with red chillies, needed salt and make a coarse batter.
Adjust adding water for needed consistency. Consistency should be like our regular dosa batter. Grease dosa tava pour needed batter in the center and spread thin circle. Drizzle oil and cook both sides.
For making cone dosa slit in the middle and roll clockwise.
Crispy Mixed Dal Dosa is ready to serve!! 😋
