STEP BY STEP WAFFLE RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
All Purpose flour - 1 cup
Melted Butter - 2 tbsp
Chia Seeds - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - if required
HOW TO MAKE:
In a bowl take melted butter, milk and chia seeds. Mix well.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix well and bring it thick flowing batter consistency without any lumps. Add water if required. Pour needed batter in the waffle mould.
Cook until done.
Add maple syrup, whipped cream, fruits and nuts of your choice.
Eggless Waffle is ready to serve 😋😋
TIPS:
Vegans can use almond milk, coconut milk or any vegan milk of their choice.
Milk can be skipped and only water would work as well.
Chocolate chips can be added.
