STEP BY STEP KIWI OATS SMOOTHIE:

INGREDIENTS:

Kiwi             - 1
Almond Milk - 2 Cups
Dates          - 3 Pitted 
Walnuts       - Handful
Oats            - 1/4 Cup
Honey         - 2 tbsp 

HOW TO MAKE:

Cut Kiwi both edges, peel the skin and cut into pieces. 


Along with kiwi pieces add all other ingredients in the blender. Any milk can be added for needed consistency. 


Make a fine smoothie and adjust adding milk or water for needed consistency. 


Healthy Kiwi Oats Smoothie is ready to serve 😋


TIPS:

Any milk of your choice can be added.
