STEP BY STEP - HOW TO COOK SPAGHETTI SQUASH & SPICY SPAGHETTI SQUASH NOODLES
INGREDIENTS:
Spaghetti Squash - 2 - 3 cups
Capsicum - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Walnuts - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup finely chopped
Green Chilli - 3 - 4 finely chopped
Roasted Peanut Powder - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
Cut spaghetti squash into half. Remove seeds.
Fill 4 - 5 cups of water in a big vessel in which the squash can fit. Steam for 20 - 25 minutes. Check in the middle the strands are coming out. Steaming 25 minutes yields crunchy strands. Cook little more for soft strands.
Remove steamed squash, allow to warm (so it is easy to hold the squash) Start pulling the strands out by fork. Remove till the end.
Cooked squash spaghetti is ready. For Salad add all the ingredients mentioned in "Ingredients" mix well.
Spicy Spaghetti Squash Salad is ready to serve!!😋😋
TIPS:
Spaghetti Squash can be cooked in Microwave, Oven and in Instant Pot.
Microwave - 40 minutes
Oven - 1 - 1:15 hours
Instant Pot - 7 - 8 minutes high pressure
Trust me cooking Spaghetti Squash is so easy on cooktop and it is super easy to cook within 20 - 25 minutes. This mentioned time will result crunchy strands, cook little more time for soft strands.
