COCONUT BALLS - WITH JAGGERY



INGREDIENTS:

Grated coconut       - 1 Cup
Jaggery                   - 3/4 Cup
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Ghee                       - as needed

Add cardamom powder and grated coconut in the syrup.  Stir well till it becomes thick.  Stir well and slowly the coconut will absorb the syrup and it will form thick.  Check the consistency by making small ball.  If you can able to make a ball then the consistency is perfect.  Turn off the stove and allow it to warm.  Grease your palm with little ghee and start to make a small balls.


Jaggery coconut balls are ready!



TIPS:

You can make coconut balls with condensed milk.
