Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake | How to make Soft and Spongy Tutti Frutti Cake

STEP BY STEP EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE:

INGREDIENTS:

All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 Cups
Sugar                             - 1 Cup
Curd                               - 1 Cup
Oil                                  - 3/4 Cup
Milk                                - 1/4 Cup
Vannila Essence               - 1 tbsp
Baking Powder                 - 1 tsp
Baking Soda                    - 1/4 tsp
Tutti Frutti                       - 1/2 Cup 


HOW TO MAKE:

Preheat Oven 350°F. 
In a bowl take curd, sugar, oil and vannila essence.  Whisk well for 5 - 6 minutes until sugar dissolved.  



Keep strainer on the bowl add sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda together. 


Mix well without any lumps.  The batter should be thick flowing consistency. Once mixed add milk and tutti frutti.  Vegans can add water or any other milk of their choice. 


Combine well. 



Pour the batter in greased loaf pan and sprinkle some tutti frutti. 


Place inside the oven and bake for 45 minutes.  


Perfectly baked, check with stick and if it is not sticky then the cake is done.  If not place it again for 5 more minutes.  But this cake will be done 45 - 50 minutes. Cool down completely and it will take about an hour or and a half.  Make thick slices.  


Soft and Spongy Tutti Frutti Cake is ready 😍 😋



TIPS:

Instead 1/4 cup milk water can be added.  

Do not add tutti frutti more than 1/2 cup.  1/2 cup tutti frutti is good enough for 2 cups of all purpose flour. 

Baking 45 minutes to 50 minutes should be very perfect and making more will result crispy cake.

3/4 cup oil is sufficient adding more oil for this measurement the cake will be very oily. 

Vegans can use water / almond milk or any milk of their choice instead milk.
