CAPSICUM RAITHA / KUDAIMILAGAI RAITHA





INGREDIENTS:

Capsicum           - 1 finely chopped
Fresh curd          - 2 cups
Oregano             - 1/4 Tsp
Salt                     - as needed

HOW TO MAKE:

Wash the capsicum and finely chop it.  In a bowl sprinkle water and cook in microwave for a min.  Just it need to change the color.





Transfer the cooked capsicum to the serving bowl.  Add two cups of fresh curd and needed salt.



Mix well and garnish with oregano.





Serve with variety rice....




TIPS:

If you like asafoetida flavour then add a pinch of it.

Use coriander leaves also for garnishing.
