GREEN PASTA






INGREDIENTS:

Pasta                   - 2 cups
Parsley               - 1 Tsp
Oregano             - 1 Tsp
Peanut powder   - 2 tsp
Pepper powder  - 1/2 Tsp
Thick & cream   - 2 tsp
Olive oil             - 2 Tsp
Salt                     - as needed


To grind:

Capsicum            - 1 chopped
Coriander leaves - 3 strings chopped
Peanuts               - 1/4 cup
Garlic                  - 3 cloves

HOW TO MAKE:

Cook the pasta in a saucepan of salted boiling water until cooked softly.  Drain and keep the pasta aside.



Take two tsp of peanuts and make a powder coarsely, keep it ready.




In a mixie grind all the itemts in the "To grind" table and make a fine paste.


Heat oil in a kadai and put the grounded paste on it.  Fry well.  When the bubbles comes add pepper powder.  Mix well and it will form a thick gravy.


At that stage add parsley and oregano mix well.


Mix the cooked pasta on the gravy and blend well with the spatula.



Add thick & cream and peanut powder and mix well.  Cook for a min and transfer into the serving bowl.





TIPS:

Do not add salt in the gravy, coz you have cooked the pasta in the salted water.

Add vegetables also if you want.
