PEANUT CHUTNEY / VERKADALAI CHUTNEY




INGREDIENTS:

Peanuts             - 3/4 Cup without skin
Grated coconut - 1/4 Cup
Red chillies       - 3
Garlic               - 1 Clove
Salt                   - as needed


HOW TO MAKE:

In a mixie add all the ingredients and make a fine paste by adding water.




Serve with Tomato Dosa :-)

TIPS:

Do temper by adding mustard seeds, urad dhal and curry leaves.

Add enough water to make a liquid chutney.
