CHICKEN 65



INGREDIENTS:

Cleaned boneless Chicken     - 500 Gms
Chilli powder                         - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder                 - 2 Tsp
Turmeric powder                   - 1/4 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste                - 1/2 Tsp                        
Rice flour                               -  3/4 Tsp
Corn flour                              - 1 Tsp
Curd                                     - 2 Tsp
Lemon juice                          - 1 Tsp
Egg                                       - 1
Red food color                      - 1/4 Tsp
Salt                                       - as needed
Oil                                        - for deep frying

                
HOW TO MAKE:

Mix well all the ingredients except oil and marinate atleast for 3 hours. The more time you are marinating the chicken will get more softer.  I have marinated for 5 hours.




Heat oil in a kadai and add the chicken pieces in batch wise and fry well.



Crispy Chicken 65 is ready :-)  Serve with onion slices and piece of lemon as a starter.
