CORN SUNDAL





INGREDIENTS:

Frozen corn       - 1 Cup
Sabji masala      - 1/4 Tsp
Grated coconut  - 2 Tsp
Salt                    - as needed

To temper:

Oil                       - 1/4 Tsp
Mustard seeds      - 1/4 Tsp
Urad dhal broken - 1/4 Tsp
Asafoetida            - 1/4 Tsp
Red chilli               - 1

HOW TO MAKE:

Wash the frozen corn and cook in boiled water for 10 minutes.  Drain the water and keep aside.
Or steam in steamer for 3 minutes.



Heat oil in kadai splutter mustard seeds add broken urad dhal, red chilli and asafoetida.


Add corns, sabji masala, salt and mix well.  Add grated coconut mix well and turn off the stove.
