OATS PANIYARAM



INGREDIENTS:

HOW TO MAKE:


Make a fine paste of green chillies and ginger and keep aside.




Make a fine powder of oats and with the powder add all the ingredients.  Add the butter bilk, enough water and mix it like a idly batter.  Keep it aside for an hour.  It might thicken after a while as the rava absorbs the water.  At the time of making paniyaram add enough water and the batter should be like idly batter consistency.




Heat the paniyaram pan, add few drops of oil.  Pour spoonful of the batter of the paniyaram mould.




Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on a medium flame, turn each paniyaram with the spoon or wooden skewer. Cook until crisp.




Serve with chutney :-)
