INGREDIENTS:
Diced Tomatoes - 1/2 tin or ripe tomatoes 4
Red chilli powder - 2 Tsp
Gingelly oil - 3 Tsp
Salt - as needed
To temper:
Sun flower oil - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 Tsp
Broken urad dhal - 1/2 Tsp
HOW TO MAKE:
Heat oil in kadai splutter mustard seeds and add broken urad dhal. Fry the urad dhal till it turn golden brown.
Add diced tomatoes, chilli powder and salt, blend well with spatula. When it get bubbles add gingelly oil and cook till the oil leaves separately.
Serve tomato chutney with hot Dosa or Idly :-)
